Top Oakland Real Estate Agent Leads Pack In Providing Free Public Resources for
​1st Time Homebuyers During Challenging Times

OAKLAND, CA:  During challenging economic times, a top Oakland real estate agent has convened a panel of experts to provide free public resources for 1st Time Homebuyers and Veterans looking to “get their piece of the rock.”
 
“We had a great “lenderpoluza” last month, where I hosted top lenders and mortgage experts to help get 1st Time Homebuyers qualified to buy a home in Oakland,” said  Erich Harris, with Maisel Property Management Inc., who co-sponsored the event with David Kersten’s Wide Angle Media (www.davidmkersten.com).
 
Harris said he expects the panel discussion, which is now available on You Tube (see links below), to be the first of several public webinars and events that are intended to provide free public resources for Bay Area residents looking to get into the housing market. 

“With mortgage rates hitting rock bottom and home prices softening, the time to act is now.  Contact one of my preferred lenders now to get qualified and I can help find you a home that you will enjoy for years to come,” Harris said. 
 
Harris says all potential buyers have to do is email him ([email protected]) copies of your last 2 years tax returns, your last 2 months bank statements (checking and savings), and your last 2 month paystubs.  And then he can get you qualified within a matter of a few days.  (Note:  you can scan or take pictures of the documents, and if you cannot email the documents you can bring them to his office and he will copy the information and let you pick it up in 3 business days (excluding Sundays). 
 
Harris will then send the information to his approved participating lenders and they will work to issue potential buyers an approval letter (if you qualify) and then you select a lender, and Harris will find you a home.
